Customized Individual Program:

A personalized plan for our clients who race throughout the year and are looking for periodization and peaking in their training schedule. Includes personal consultation and unlimited availability by phone or email. Price of the program is $100.00 per month. This includes access to Sunday long runs and track sessions in the spring, summer and fall months.

RunColo Training programs are done through TrainingPeaks, features include daily workout reminders, mobile app and reports to summarize your training. The RunColo Training group focuses on building friendships, finding running partners, racing and going out for a post race lunch and having a few cold ones!

Marathon or Half Marathon Training Program:

For the client who is looking for a training program to get them to their goal race, we offer a 12 week program for $250.00. Includes a meeting in person or over the phone and unlimited availability by email. Access to group longs runs and track workouts over the time table of the schedule.

RunColo Training programs are done through TrainingPeaks, features include daily workout reminders, mobile app and reports to summarize your training.

Group Workouts:

When Daylight Savings starts, RunColo Training conducts track workouts at West Middle School in Greenwood Village. If you would just like to partake in the track workouts, pricing is $5.00 per track workout or $20 per month.

RunColo Training helped me to achieve a sub 3 hour marathon and a sub 1:20 half marathon with their training and guidance.  Their group runs on Sunday make the long 20 milers much more enjoyable, and their track workouts will make you faster and stronger than you thought you could be.  Thank you to not only these two great coaches, but what have also become two very good friends!
