Customized Individual Program:

A personalized plan for our clients who race throughout the year and are looking for periodization and peaking in their training schedule. Includes personal consultation and unlimited availability by phone or email. Price of the program is $100.00 per month. This includes access to Sunday long runs and track sessions in the spring, summer and fall months.

RunColo Training programs are done through TrainingPeaks, features include daily workout reminders, mobile app, and reports to summarize your training. The RunColo Training group focuses on building friendships, finding running partners, racing and going out for a post-race lunch and having a few cold ones!

Marathon or Half Marathon Training Program:

For the client who is looking for a training program to get them to their goal race, we offer a 12-week program for $250.00. Includes a meeting in person or over the phone and unlimited availability by email. Access to group longs runs and track workouts over the timetable of the schedule.

RunColo Training programs are done through TrainingPeaks, features include daily workout reminders, mobile app, and reports to summarize your training.

Group Workouts:

When Daylight Savings starts, RunColo Training conducts track workouts at West Middle School in Greenwood Village. If you would just like to partake in the track workouts, pricing is $5.00 per track workout or $20 per month.

RunColo Training provided a stellar program to prepare me for my first marathon. I completed the 2014 Phoenix Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in 04:13:03, with even splits. The support from RunColo really helped me cross the finish line!
