I have been a client of Lions Den SMP Run Club for about a year now and the difference is night and day. I ran a 10:00-minute pace for a half marathon in the spring and an 8:00 minute pace for a half marathon in the fall. I am currently training for my first full marathon, something I never thought I would do!
