Thanks to RunColo Training, I was able to knock off four minutes on my half marathon time. Not only are they excellent coaches, but their program allows you to train your body to the max without overtraining, focusing on tempo runs, negative splits and variable paces. I truly recommend their program to anyone interested in running.
